Recently, Toolcraft's in-house toolroom has become an invaluable service for companies whose moulding suppliers have ceased trading. By repairing or modifying existing tools, Toolcraft can produce mouldings very quickly, thus minimising any downtimes to their customers. They can even adapt Manumold mould tools to run on automatic machines.

Toolcraft has over 40 moulding machines ranging in size from 10 to 180 ton, including 20 suited to insert, encapsulation and two-colour overmoulding. With this range of machines, coupled with experience of a wide range of plastics including thermoplastic rubbers and elastomers, Toolcraft has ample capacity to take on more tools.

A range of finishing options including pad and hot foil printing, ultrasonic welding and product assembly are also available.
