Research has shown huge benefits to involving staff in its development, including increased staff motivation and empowerment, and clarification of goals. Effective leadership is necessary for this process in order to facilitate an open session for staff to agree on their purpose statement. This creative process is a valuable tool in itself, bringing together staff from all levels to define who they are collectively as a company, and agree on a statement that is representative of their values and beliefs within it.

This statement identifies what we and states our values and position to others within the manufacturing sector and the wider business community.
