Bryce Irwin & Campbell Ltd is now wholly owned by Martin McHugh, who is also the owner of the Martec Engineering Group, he has worked in the executive management of metal work companies for over 20 years and believes that the new company formed will be successful.

Martin McHugh said: "I am delighted to have purchased and amalgamated the companies to become Bryce Irwin & Campbell Ltd. Both companies are established with high volumes of good will". He continued:

"However, I do believe that there is the potential for growth and plan to use my knowledge of the industry alongside the in-house skills and expertise in metal fabrication to develop and grow the company."

The establishment of Bryce, Irwin & Campbell Ltd has not resulted in any redundancies and it is hoped that as the company grows it will provide vacancies for skilled metalworkers and administrative staff from the local community. Bryce, Irwin & Campbell Ltd will shortly be relocating to larger purpose built premises on the outskirts of Glasgow.
