The company is now up to 70% capacity in its 10,000 sq ft factory and is determined to increase this to about 90% by the end of the year through taking on specialist projects and helping customers who need to subcontract work out. Millennium, which has been assisted by high growth business initiative Mustard.uk.com, has seen significant expansion and an increase in its workforce to 25, with nearly 75% of them women.
