He subsequently acquired and integrated the grinding accessory brands and production machinery of Toolmasters Technologies. The resulting surplus of mostly manual machine tools was sold recently at auction. In their place is to be found much leaner and more capable CNC capacity at Falcon Business Centre that includes a 6-axis Okuma B-axis mill-turning centre, a Mikron 5-axis machining centre, Studer grinders and an array of wire-erosion and die-sinking machines from Agie-Charmilles.

A Sage total business management system integrates ordering, production, stock control and accounting, while further new software investment includes a full 5-axis computer-aided manufacturing package from EdgeCAM.
