Keep On Rolling To F1

Mini Gears, the specialist gear manufacturers are hoping to keep the visitors rolling onto their new stand F1 with a number of new products.
The first new service to be offered is worm rolling which can save up to 30% on costs compared to traditional machining methods. Mini Gears' have just secured a contract to supply twenty thousand rolled worms to a Swedish customer. A vast range of bespoke gears and racks will also be on display, some of which will be price tagged so that buyers can compare their current costs.
The company has recently launched a new service for gear grinding. To help with the more complex measuring of the gear blanks, a new Mitutoyo CNC co-ordinate measuring machine has been installed.
