Further Calibration Services Allied to Aerosystems

Allied Aerosystems, based in South Wales and Heathrow, has recently been selected by JcAIR, a subsidiary of Goodrich to become their European Calibration and Repair Service Centre.
Specialist test equipment supported by Allied Aerosystems ranges from flight management and control systems to in-flight entertainment systems and catering equipment. With skilled and experienced engineers now fully trained by JcAIR, Allied Aerosystems have gained expert knowledge of their aircraft radar and air traffic navigation systems, which will result in a more efficient service for JcAIR's European customers.
Over the past 20 years Allied Aerosystems' in-house capabilities have grown to reflect the company's experience in the calibration of aircraft repair and maintenance test and measuring instruments. Recent investments include calibration of VXI cards, as well as expansion in radio frequency capabilities. These new developments complement a wide range of instrument types including electrical, mechanical, temperature and pressure.
