The company operates state of the art machines in both Swiss type slicing head and fixed head disciplines. This enables the firm to produce components that have lengths far greater than their diameter and also components with that relationship reversed. 1mm to 32mm diameter components are produced on the Swiss types, and 10mm to 42mm diameter are produced on the fixed head machines. Both types are equipped with 3-axis turrents enabling very complex tool paths to be achieved. The company also has a section of vertical machining centres.
