New Company Launch

Committed to lean systems, specialists in sheet metal work, coating and value-added supplies, Excalibur Manufacturing Solutions Ltd (stand 182/b) is being launched at Midlands Manufacturing as an independent company.
Previously manufacturing vending machines within N&W Global Vending, Excalibur, have already fulfilled orders for ASDA supermarkets. Also, work for the computer, automotive, rail, heating, air conditioning and ventilation market sectors has been undertaken.
Plant includes punch press Amada 344 and 357 with Radan programming plus forming presses of MEBUSA, AMADA or PROMICAN type, ranging from 1m x 25t to 3m x 100t. Fabrication processes are available with MIG/TIG/spot welding.
Interesting applications have been gardening products such as plant ID holders, and drum surrounds in an antique effect for the music industry.
