Precision Blanking Ideal for Safety and Security Components

The established production experience of Bauer company for precision blanking has been extended to include the volume manufacture of lock and clock components.
The high degree of accuracy and repetitive consistency that can now be achieved has proved to be a highly competitive factor for safety and security related products. Production is also subject to the latest testing and quality assurance checks, in accordance with current international approval standards.
Parts normally involving several production operations can now be successfully manufactured using the latest multi-impression precision blanking techniques. Very close tolerances can be maintained for hole diameters and overall size as well as flatness, contoured shapes or three dimensional geometry. Products can be manufactured in thicknesses up to 10mm, in a wide range of materials including spring steels and even exotic metals normally associated with high performance requirements.
Heat treatment and protective coating can also be offered by Bauer, enabling the company to operate as a sole-source supplier for the high volume production of precision components that conventionally involve several production or process applications. This service is particularly suited to industries where overall economy and zero defect manufacture are prime considerations.
