Local Authority Suppliers Need to Adopt E-business
01 Oct 2003
The Government has told Local Authorities that they must be 100% capable of trading electronically by 2005. This means that the 800,000 businesses that supply them must act now to become enabled to use e-procurement systems, or lose business to more flexible competitors.
A specially-designed 'Roadmap' is available from UK Online to help SME's research, plan, implement, and review their adoption of e-procurement systems, offering information, advice and helpful resources at every stage.
