Tube Bending Specialist Builds Bespoke Furniture

Pipecraft Ltd, is currently completing a large contract for bespoke stainless steel furniture for the luxury, five star, Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh. Established in 1980, Pipecraft has successfully diversified its specialist tube manipulation and fabrication business into the hotel fittings market within the past three years.
The fittings for the Balmoral include high quality bedroom and conference furniture in stainless steel, glass and wood. All the items were designed, fabricated and finished in house.
In addition to serving a wide range of end users such as hotels, casinos, swimming pools, hospitals, with finished products, Pipecraft also offers specialist tube manipulation services to general metalworking companies.
Pipecraft bends all sizes of tube up to and including 88.9mm diameter, specialising in tight radius thin wall stainless steel mandrel bending. Key processes include: fully automated tube cutting; swaging; end forming; notching;
tube punching; welding; brazing;
soldering; and automated polishing of stainless tube after it has been formed.
