Specialist Training Brings Immediate Benefits

Kepston Ltd, whilst already a long term advocate of training (the company has had IIP for over eight years) was genuinely surprised at the immediate benefit of a spell of recent training. Within four weeks of specialised training for the Hauser S35-400 CNC jig grinding machine, £10,000 worth of orders were received and processed that previously would not have been possible.
The £300,000 Hauser was purchased in Feburary 2003. Within weeks, it was making a significant contribution to the company's sales.
Then, a few months ago, a major opportunity was presented to the company but technical issues prevented any progress. Training was the answer and the benefits were immediate.
Continued growth in human resources, as well as grinding capacity and capability, has proven to be an excellent investment for the company.
The Kepston Group specialises in offering metal heat treatment services, jig grinding services and precision grinding services. There are four sites in total: three in the UK and one in the Czech Republic.
