New Blood Appointment Sets Sights on Growth

Recent appointments of key staff reinforce A Taylor & Son of Leeds' commitment to continuous improvement strategies, modernisation and growth in the fields of oil, gas and water, as well as exploring newer technology industries. Following the recent appointment of Tony Rushforth as works manager, A Taylor & Son has appointed Pete Naylor as customer accounts manager this month.

With over 20 years experience as an industrial engineer for a first tier capital equipment supplier to the oil and gas industry, Mr Naylor will be responsible for overseeing the contracts of the companies largest client. His impressive credentials in this field, in addition to eight years spent working as a surface treatments manager for a machining and coating subcontractor, will prove to be a valuable asset to the company as it strives to build on the successes of 2004.

Originally founded in 1864 as tinsmiths and sheet metal workers, A Taylor & Son (Leeds) Ltd has continued to grow and diversify, to become one of the UK's the leading sub-contract fabricators.
