PI Castings Ltd is a specialist manufacturer of investment castings, producing complex parts with close tolerances, fine detail and a smooth surface, saving production costs by reducing machining to the minimum.

Castings are made in sizes from 5 to 600mm in a wide range of metals including aluminium, low alloy steels, stainless and tool steels, brass, bronze and zinc.

PI Castings also has in-house rapid prototyping facilities enabling metal parts to be produced direct from customers' CAD designs without the need for tooling.
