One of the UK's foremost speakers on teamwork and motivation, Stuart Turner, former head of the Ford motorsports division, will be leading one of the free Manufacturing Advisory Service (MAS) South East seminars, which run on both days and cover a wide range of subjects, including lean tools and techniques, supplying to the MoD, cutting product time to market, benchmarking and change management. In addition, there are sessions on lifting and handling in the workplace and reducing carbon emissions.

There will also be the chance to hear about the success of STEP, a training programme that helps manufacturers raise their innovation capability by delivering training solutions around people, product and process improvement.
