Aero-Engine Expo 2005, featuring the 14th Annual International Aero Engine Conference takes place 5-6 October 2005 at the London Olympia Conference Centre.
Aero-engines have for a long time been the most expensive components on an aircraft, accounting for as much as 30% of the new purchase price. In maintenance terms, aero-engines are now accounting for as much as 50% of total direct maintenance costs.
The intention of Aero-Engine Expo 2005 is to bring together all aeroengine professionals, from the designers, the research and development specialists and the manufacturers to the operators (military and civil), the overhaulers, the specialist repair companies, the service companies and the engine lessors.
