TW Bayston Ltd specialises in supplying corrosion resistant finishes for the automotive industry, and achieved accreditation to the TS16949 automotive industry quality standard in March. TWB is investing in new process technology, environmental and energy management systems and waste reduction in order to develop long term trading agreements with key customers based on cost reduction, quality, on time delivery and environmental awareness.
In 1997 TWB was the first finishing company in Europe to achieve QS 9000 accreditation. In November 2004 TWB became accredited to the ISO14001 environmental standard; and in December 2004, the company's IPPC (Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control) license was granted.
TWB provides electro-plating, electrophoretic painting and chemical processes to industrial based customers, and is also developing unique processes with trade names. TWB is also successfully combining a range of electroplated substrates with an electrophoretic paint topcoat to produce a uniform black finish that yields exceptionally high corrosion resistance.
