Service Processes Over 14,000t of Steel per Year

With sales approaching £18 million, Sheffield based Mayflower Technology processes in excess of 14,000 tonnes of steel per annum supplying laser cut, formed, machined and fabricated components to a wide range of customers and industry sectors. The company has undertaken an extensive investment programme in recent years to extend value added services to its customers.
Mayflower's investment is represented by laser cutting systems that can profile parts to 8000mm long by 2500mm wide, to a thickness of 25mm carbon steels, 25mm stainless steels and 15mm aluminium. Following laser cutting, equipment is available for pressing and fabrication including a 7200mm long 640 tonne CNC press brake and robotic welding units.
