Plant Investment Pays off with New Irish Contracts

Midlands based Laser Process Ltd has spent £1m over the last twelve months developing its plant list. This progress has allowed the company to develop including taking a step into  the Irish market. After exhibiting at Manufacturing Technology in Ireland the company has won three contracts and is looking to expand further in Ireland in 2007.

The £1 million investment has increased Laser Process Ltd’s power range and means it can now cut bigger and thicker profiles. The company has also introduced a laser marking service.

A Trumpf laser mark system, five Trumpf laser cutting systems and a larger Trumpf pressbrake have given the company extra capacity and the ability to bend bigger pieces. November was a record month for the company and business is still growing steadily. Laser Process utilises the latest laser cutting technology, has a skilled, experienced workforce, and helps customers to increase productivity, improve profitability and maintain quality levels.
