Karen Finegold of the Engineering Industries Association has been successful in securing subsidies from UK Trade & Investment in order for UK SME companies to promote themselves at overseas engineering events including the following:
20-23 March 2006, Trade Mission to Chicago, USA, and National Manufacturing Week, incorporating:
National Design Engineering, National Plant Engineering & Facilities Management, National Industrial Automation, National Enterprise IT, Technology Transfer, Cleantech, Microsystems, and Envirotech.
3-7 May 2006 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, MTA Metalasia, precision engineering, machine tools and metalworking technology exhibition, incorporating: Metaltech 2006, Metrology Asia 2006, Outsource SubCon 2006.
