Managing director Steve Bruce says: "The speed and flexibility of the first SV32 allowed us to confidently quote a complex rectangular part manufactured from a round bar which was previously made in three operations on a machining centre. We have 10 milling cutters in the turret and three in the platten meaning the only turning operation is the part off. We are now able to run the part continuously including lights out operation which was not previously possible.
