£400k Laser Machine Brings Cutting In-house

WRES Ltd has invested in excess of £400k on a Bystronic Byspeed 3015 with a 4.4kW resonator, one of the fastest laser profiling machines available in today’s market, capable of cutting 600 holes per minute.
Throughout the company’s 40 year history in the production of precision fabrication, all laser cutting has been contracted out, until now.
WRES Limited is a privately owned company dealing in welding and fabrication, specialising in coded MIG TIG and MMA, aluminium, stainless steel and titanium. Products range from small marine components in hand polished stainless steel to 10 ton steel pressure vessels for the petro-chemical industry.
