Australia latest launch in S4S global growth

S4S Ltd (Sourcing for Success), the Lancashire based international component, product and services sourcing company has launched a new company in Australia to further enhance the company’s ability to provide a global solution to international product, component and material sourcing problems.
The company was launched on the 1st April 2007 with the Australian head quarters located in Perth.
The full company name is Sourcing 4 Success Australia Pty Limited.
S4S Australia will be headed up by Paul Hulley who will be installed as managing director. Paul joins S4S from one of the world’s largest pump manufacturing companies where he held the post of engineering manager for many years and brings with him a broad range of skills developed from dealing with global manufacturing issues. One of Paul’s initial tasks will be to assemble a highly skilled team of international sourcing consultants who can provide high value consultancy services to company’s initially based in Australia, but also in New Zealand and eventually to companies throughout South East Asia. These markets are currently serviced from the group’s offices in Lancashire.
S4S Limited identified Australia as a growth market for the company’s core business offering of providing global sourcing solutions to large companies dealing in high value, labour intensive manufactured and engineered components and products. Australia’s proximity to a large number of emerging markets also maximises the opportunity to reduce component costs.
The new company launch is part of the growth strategy adopted by S4S designed to provide clients with a “one stop window to the world” in terms of purchasing, manufacturing and sourcing opportunities and quickly follows the relocation of S4S from Rochdale to new offices, the recruitment of UK based personnel and the recruitment of key personnel in India.
