Hexagon Metrology is preparing to launch a totally revamped pre-owned CMM operation.

On Wednesday, 20 June 2007 Hexagon Metrology, Telford is to launch two new 'peace of mind' services, along with new facilities.This service update will include an up-rated, ISO 9000-approved preparation and aftercare programme which will include a string of new benefits for second user CMM customers.
The enhanced 'any brand' operation will be supported by: Upgraded mechanical refurb, electronics and software workshops; An all new pre-owned showroom and demonstration facility, and; Hexagon Metrology's legendary, industry-leading support and aftercare services.
The pre-owned programme - the only quality-assured 'any brand' used CMM operation of its type provided by a leading multinational OEM - is to be branded Hexagon Metrology QA.
The integral support and aftercare service is to be branded as Hexagon Metrology.
The launch will get underway at 10am and finish mid-afternoon. It will feature a tour of the new facilities, a Q&A session plus the chance to mingle with existing and potential second user customers who recognise the benefits of installing pre-owned CMMs to run alongside newer purchases.
