CNC Investments Follow Turnaround

A new company named Krouse Precision Cryogenics Limited was formed in Oxfordshire last month when the assets of J D Krouse Engineering Limited, were sold to Albert Soave of Acrona Engineering, a local high quality precision engineering company and his partner, Eraldo Guarino, of Planet Machine Tools, a machine tool merchant.
The new directors intend to invest money on more staff, machinery and training, to build the company back up to a profitable, high precision engineering company, whilst keeping as many of the original staff as possible. The company is also committed to taking on apprentices every year to build a skill bank for the future.
Krouse Precision Cryogenics Limited is currently bringing in new CNC machinery and is actively recruiting CNC millers and CNC turners. This acquisition builds on a thirty year relationship between JD Krouse and Acrona. The combined engineering ability and business skills will add great drive and power to the new company.
