With a cutting capacity of 4000mm x 2250mm x 230mm thickness, the waterjet enables ICEE to utilise this “state of the art” machinery for precision cutting of virtually any material. The range and thickness of materials and complexity of profiles that can be cut enables ICEE to offer a tremendous amount of flexibility within the services provided.
The waterjet cuts intricate shapes utilising cold cutting techniques that are without thermal influences, heat distortion, edge hardening or heat affected zones.
ICEE provides cutting services for many different industrial sectors including precision engineering, shipbuilding, automobile and automobile supplies industries, aircraft and spacecraft industries, defence, construction and interior decoration industries amongst others.
