Mini Gears / Components Worldwide is a subcontract manufacturer for all types of metal components supplying to the UK and global markets.

Mini Gears, our 35,000 sq.ft. UK manufacturing site, specializes in gears from 25mm up to 600mm diameter, gear racks up to 6DP/ 3 metres long and transmission parts including Spur Gears, Helical Gears, Spline Shafts, Worms, Worm Wheels, Chain Sprockets, Timing Pulleys, Pinions and multi surface machined parts.

 

We offer specialized machining on our range of Mazak 5 axis CNC one hit turning / milling machines and CNC gear grinding up to 400mm on our Hoefler Helix 400K.

 

Components Worldwide, our outsourcing division, specializes in high volume requirements for machined parts, castings, gears, forgings, stampings and fabrications.
