Approved to ISO 9001:2000, their sub-contract facility has capacity to hone parts as small as 3.00mm and as large as 750.00mm diameter. They have an impressive range of horizontal and vertical machines some suitable for 1-offs, others for automotive volumes, whilst their large tubehones can cope with components up to 15-metres long. Their stock of used machines, mainly from Delapena & Sunnen, include low-cost starter machines for the hobbiest or occasional user and run right up to large fully automatic machines that Apperley supply, install and commission on a turn key basis.
