Exova group sales and marketing director
Kenny Morris
Exova, the worldwide testing and advisory business, has appointed Kenny Morris as a new director to its business. He was previously global outsource director at Capgemini, the consulting, technology and outsourcing specialist.
Kenny will be responsible for developing ‘best in class’ sales and marketing practices while developing and implementing a group brand strategy.
Kenny also joins the Exova executive team and will, alongside operational business leaders, be responsible for assisting in the business’s growth across the world.
His appointment follows the recruitment of new group HR director, Jim McHugh and Ravi Paintal as president for the Americas who joined Exova in June and September respectively. Jim joins the company from Freescale Semiconductor Ltd, which is a $3.5bn business based in Texas, where he was human resource director.
Ravi joins from the Cabot Corporation, a global performance materials company, where he was vice-president and general manager of the Speciality Fluids Segment, a unique oilfield fluids business.
Grant Rumbles, chief executive officer of Exova commented on the appointments. He said:
“The appointment of Jim, Ravi and the more recent recruitment of Kenny to the company is an acknowledgement of our desire to significantly grow the business. As a business we want to attract and retain the best people in the industry that share our vision for providing exceptional service to our clients.”
