Lost wax castings ready for assembly
Eurocast specialises in castings using the lost-wax process. This casting process allows the company to produce complex 3-dimensional products in practically any material which can be cast (ferrous as well as non-ferrous alloys). Eurocast supplies its customers with fully processed cast components which are ready for assembly.
The lost-wax casting process is the most effective method of producing products with complex design features such as reverse cuts, minimal wall thickness, complex inner shape, curved surfaces, print card features or plug connections. By applying the modern tooling techniques, Eurocast can deliver series-types products very quickly using the following techniques, rapid prototyping based on stereo lithographic models, small series production based on silicone tools which can be produced much quicker than the traditional metal tools, and larger series produced using metal tools.
